Che cosa raccoglie questo sito
Nessun cookie. Nessun sistema di statistica. Nessun pixel pubblicitario. Non c'è Google Analytics, non c'è Meta Pixel, non c'è nessuno strumento che costruisca un profilo di chi passa di qui.
Il sito salva sul tuo browser due sole informazioni tecniche, che restano sul tuo dispositivo e non arrivano mai a me:
- la lingua che hai scelto, italiano o inglese, così alla visita successiva la ritrovi;
- il fatto che tu abbia chiuso il riquadro di contatto, così non ti si riapre in continuazione.
Sono preferenze tue, non tracciamento. Puoi cancellarle in qualsiasi momento svuotando i dati del sito dal tuo browser.
I registri del server
Il sito è ospitato su Cloudflare Pages. Come qualsiasi server, Cloudflare registra per un periodo limitato le richieste che riceve — indirizzo IP, data e ora, tipo di browser — per far funzionare il servizio e difenderlo dagli attacchi. Sono dati che non consulto e sui quali non costruisco nulla. Il trattamento è di Cloudflare: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Quando mi scrivi
I pulsanti di questo sito aprono WhatsApp con un messaggio già scritto, oppure il tuo programma di posta. Il modulo di richiesta non invia niente a nessun server: prende quello che hai scritto e lo mette dentro il messaggio WhatsApp, che parti tu.
Quando mi scrivi, ricevo quello che mi mandi: il tuo nome, il numero di telefono, il nome del locale e quello che mi racconti. Li uso solo per risponderti e per portare avanti il lavoro di cui parliamo. Non li vendo, non li cedo, non li metto in nessuna lista.
WhatsApp è un servizio di Meta, che tratta i messaggi secondo le proprie regole: whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy. Se preferisci non passare da lì, scrivimi a [email protected].
Per quanto tempo li tengo
Le conversazioni con chi non diventa cliente le tengo finché possono servire a riprendere il discorso, e comunque non oltre due anni. I documenti dei clienti li conservo per il tempo richiesto dagli obblighi contabili e fiscali degli Emirati Arabi Uniti.
I tuoi diritti
Puoi chiedermi in qualsiasi momento quali dati tuoi ho, di correggerli, o di cancellarli. Scrivi a [email protected]: rispondo io, entro trenta giorni. Non serve un modulo e non serve una formula particolare.
Riservatezza sui locali
Quello che vedo dentro un ristorante — numeri, ricette, contratti, fornitori, problemi — resta lì. Sui materiali pubblici i documenti dei clienti compaiono solo sfocati e senza nomi, e i nomi dei clienti attivi non li faccio se non me lo chiedono loro.
Sicurezza
Il sito viaggia su HTTPS con certificato valido. La posta del dominio luminor.ae è protetta da SPF, DKIM e DMARC: servono a impedire che qualcuno mandi email fingendosi me. Se ricevi un messaggio che dice di venire da Luminor e ti insospettisce, chiamami al numero qui sopra prima di rispondere.
Modifiche
Se cambio qualcosa — per esempio se un giorno aggiungo uno strumento di statistica — aggiorno questa pagina e la data in cima, e in quel caso comparirà anche una richiesta di consenso, perché a quel punto ci sarà qualcosa da consentire.

What this site collects
No cookies. No analytics. No advertising pixels. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no tool building a profile of anyone who passes through.
The site stores two technical preferences in your own browser. They stay on your device and never reach me:
- the language you chose, Italian or English, so it is remembered next time;
- whether you closed the contact box, so it does not keep reopening.
These are your preferences, not tracking. You can clear them at any time by clearing site data in your browser.
Server logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any server, Cloudflare records incoming requests for a limited period — IP address, date and time, browser type — to run the service and defend it against attacks. I do not read these logs and build nothing on them. The processing is Cloudflare's: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
When you write to me
The buttons on this site open WhatsApp with a message already written, or your mail programme. The request form sends nothing to any server: it takes what you typed and places it inside the WhatsApp message, which you send yourself.
When you write, I receive what you send: your name, phone number, the name of your venue and whatever you tell me. I use it only to reply and to carry on the work we discuss. I do not sell it, pass it on, or add it to any list.
WhatsApp is a Meta service and handles messages under its own rules: whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy. If you would rather not go through it, write to [email protected].
How long I keep it
Conversations with people who do not become clients are kept as long as they may serve to pick the discussion back up, and in any case no longer than two years. Client documents are kept for the period required by accounting and tax obligations in the United Arab Emirates.
Your rights
You may ask me at any time what data of yours I hold, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to [email protected]: I answer personally, within thirty days. No form and no particular wording is needed.
Confidentiality about venues
What I see inside a restaurant — figures, recipes, contracts, suppliers, problems — stays there. On public material, client documents appear only blurred and without names, and I do not name active clients unless they ask me to.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS with a valid certificate. Mail on the luminor.ae domain is protected by SPF, DKIM and DMARC, which exist to stop anyone sending email while pretending to be me. If you receive a message claiming to come from Luminor and something feels wrong, call the number above before replying.
Changes
If anything changes — for example if one day I add an analytics tool — I update this page and the date at the top, and a consent request will appear then, because at that point there will be something to consent to.
